Seated Dance workshop - Inspire Festival
The class has been specially designed to build in a structure which is inclusive, upbeat, fun and creative. The class can be done seated and/or standing and is easily adaptable to a gentle way of getting moving
This is a class for people that may have any physical limitations so that it keeps the class open to people who may suffer from Parkinsons or any other physical health conditions
