The 2 – 3 weeks leading up to Shimmer, our end of term show, this class will be focusing on preparing for and rehearsing the piece for the show. For more information please contact our Ticket Office.
Class description: Learn the belly dance basics in a fun way. Technique and combinations drilled to a mixture of current Egyptian hits and old classics. Each term has a different focus and incorporates something new.
Who is it for? Adults who want to try something different.
Teacher: Kay Taylor
Kay Taylor is one of the UK's top teachers of belly dance. Kay is part of the dynamic ''Belly Dance Now' team and organises events around the UK. She has trained in Egypt with top stars and travels there regularly taking groups of dancers and introducing them to Cairo nightlife. When Kay is in Egypt her classes are covered by Diane Jones.
