We would like to wish all our customers, colleagues and stakeholders a very Happy New Year.
Following the announcement of a national lockdown commencing Tuesday 5 January 2021, we have been considering the impacts for Dance City and planning our response.
We as an organisation must do everything we can to support the national effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus. This includes reducing the need for non-essential travel to work and reducing the number of people visiting the building as much as possible.
During national lockdown the Dance City building will be used solely as an essential place of work for professional performance artists, formal education teachers and a small number of core team members.
Unfortunately we will be suspending the live online public classes programme and most other activities that were scheduled to take place in the building including private hires.
Please have patience with us as we contact Individuals as soon as possible about any tickets they have booked or arrangements they have made with Dance City during the current lockdown period to 22 February. All tickets will be returned to credit and a full refund available on request.
We will be in touch with further information once more details are known about the government’s plans going forward from 22 February.
If you have any specific queries about your own circumstances please address these in the first instance to info@dancecity.co.uk
Stay safe and well everyone and we look forward to seeing you all as soon as possible.
The Dance City team
