If you’re looking for a night of laughter and exceptional talent, you’re in luck! Join us at Dance City for some hilarious upcoming shows in 2025 that you do not want to miss.

On Saturday 8th March, Paul Riley, best known as Winston in BBC and Netflix’s Still Game, brings his brand-new stand-up show for 2025, “The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot” to Dance City.

With a career spanning over 35 years of acting, writing and performing, the double BAFTA award-winner will be discussing his journey through life so far, including varied themes such as; an ecumenical debate with a bishop about E.T., partying with Motörhead, and being held at gun point by armed police.

Then Monday 28th April see’s Kate Butch, fresh from the runway of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK present her jukebox musical, Wuthering Shites, based on the songs of Kate Bush (self-described as ‘like if Mamma Mia! had a nervous breakdown’).

Join the ‘great comedian’ (WhatsOnStage) as she runs up that hill, with stand-up comedy, live vocals, lip sync extravanganzas and more cloudbusting than you can shake a stick at.

Simon Evans, beloved and well-respected UK comedian brings his comedic show Have We Met? to Dance City during the Summer on the Sunday 6th June.

Drawing on Joyce, Proust and the career of Philip Schofield to make sense of his own tangled past and possible future, Evans skilfully weaves comedy, pathos and narrowly averted cancellation into an unforgettable two hours of unique entertainment. Described as ‘incredibly heartfelt and, of course, bloody funny’ (@folkyvale), Have we Met? Is not to be missed.
