Absolute Beginners Course

This 5 week programme is designed to teach you the fundamental techniques of lyrical dancing. The ABC lyrical course is targeted at beginners, each class will consist of a cardio warm up, deep stretching, learning new technique such as kicks, turns and leaps, as well as learning expressive lyrical choreography. Taking steps back to basics to gain new skills, knowledge and confidence.



Classes will take place each week at 6.00pm on:
Monday 2 June
Monday 9 June
Monday 16 June
Monday 23 June
Monday 30 June

The class
This class is for complete beginners. No experience is necessary as this class will be working on the very basic movement and building up from there. We will cover a ranges of styles and moves but the pace will be slower in comparison to the Beginners class.
