Mobo 2025 Dance Workshop
Whether an experienced dancer or new to dance, Afro Mix is an effective dance work-out comprising a mixture of Afro-Caribbean dance styles. Afro Mix mostly draws on pelvic and hip movements combined with travelling, thus engaging you lower body and your major thigh muscles (such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes).
