About
Class description: Vinyasa is a practice that focuses on linking breath and movement, bringing our awareness into the present moment, tuning out the outside world and tuning into our inner worlds. The practice will begin slow and steady to ground our attention before moving into a fun flowing sequence filled with standing postures, balances and seated postures followed by a wind down to find relaxation / meditation to connect you to a sense of calm. The flows will change each week and there are options for arm balances and inversions if it’s in your practice. All are welcome to this practice, you will be guided throughout the class but you are encouraged to always listen to your own body and needs. This is your time, your space, your practice. See you on the mat.

Who is it for? Age 16+, all levels welcome. What should I wear? Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, no shoes, barefoot is recommended.

What do I need to bring? You can bring bottled water. Dance City has Yoga mats that you can use however if you prefer you can bring your own.

Teacher: Celeste Hay.
