Feel fit and well this winter for just £7 per class!

We know it’s tough to feel motivated once winter arrives with its dark nights and colder weather, so we’d like to offer you a discount on this class. Take part for just £7 per class from Monday 4 November until the end of term.*

Pilates class to help stretch out the body and release tension. Pilates can help reduce back and neck pain by strengthening the core, keeping the joints and muscles supple, addressing muscle balance to help improve posture and helping to flatten that abdominal area! If your posture is suffering from spending all day sitting at a desk, it is especially important to stretch those muscles regularly.

Who is it for? Anyone with or without Pilates experience.

What should I wear? Comfortable clothing, no shoes

What do I need to bring? Bottle of water, your own pilates mat and pilates bands if you have them. Mats and bands are available to borrow free if needed.
