Dance City is inviting amateur dancers and dance enthusiasts over the age of 55 to audition to become part of their new performance company for older people which will form from January 2020 – January 2021.

This unique opportunity for mature dancers will focus on developing contemporary dance and performance skills as well as technical ability. The company will work with talented Dance City teachers as well as local guest choreographers to create original work that will be performed at a number of platforms and events throughout the year. This will culminate at Dance City’s first ever Inspire Festival in January 2021.

Entrance to the company is by audition only. Open auditions will take place January 15 at 12pm.

Places are limited so booking is essential. Once selected the company will form for 1 year until January 2021.
