Sensual Expression

In this session you will be invited to indulge in yourself through movement, exploring with sensuality. Tap into your soul and connect with what is deeper within you especially in ways you might not be used too to find your own release.
Pole Workshop
3:15-5:15pm | £15
This pole workshop is all about finding the inner flowy goddess in you. We will learn some basic spins and a short routine to help you harness your power and connect to the survivor in you. Hopefully by the end of this session you can use these skills to help build confidence, self love and feel empowered.
Evening Performance
7pm | £10
Prepare to be entertained with an evening of joy through movement. It will be a kaleidoscope and episodic evening with short demonstrations by our tutors and guests with plenty of opportunity for you to get involved on the dancefloor as the audience.
